Failsafe Solutions uses third party provider(s) of e-commerce solutions to power its online store. When a user purchases a product from the online store, information about the customer, including name, address, and email address, is provided to Failsafe Solutions.
These third party providers [TPP] request information from the user on the order form, hosted on their Web server(s). Here a user may be required to provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If there are problems with processing an order, this contact information is used to contact the customer. Your credit card information does not pass through the Failsafe Solutions.com site under the terms of Failsafe Solutions's agreement with TPP. TPP does not share credit card information with Failsafe Solutions. TPP keep your credit card information confidential and protect your credit card information through the use of industry-standard Secure Sockets (SSL) encryption technology.

In the event there is a major change to Failsafe Solutions's privacy practices, a notice will be posted on our web site. If the change involves the use of your personally identifiable information, the notice will contain instructions on how you can opt-out of such use.
