The main intervention being IT professionals resolving problems occurring frequently with application programs, the operating systems, and data lost due to mass storage failure or human errors. In addition, the rapid technological advances constantly require more efficient management solutions.
Our Mission
FailSafe Solutions® has set out to address this situation. Our first step has been to provide computer networks with proactive automated management, maintenance, problem resolution, and storage support functions. By doing so, we greatly increase productivity by establishing a stable network and reducing the need for calling helpdesk or IT professionals. We also provide IT managers with the information and tools that they need in order to maximize efficiency with limited IT budgets.
Our products are based on a custom hardware platform and a robust, mission-critical operating system, making them far more reliable than a software-only solution. We further believe that systems management and support functions are strongly interrelated and when properly integrated, provide superior results when compared to the separate solutions for each application.
